巴氏奶是利用鲜牛奶作原料,利用巴氏消毒法,即72-75°C下加热10-15秒的低温杀菌,在杀灭牛奶中有害菌群的同时完好地保存了营养物质和纯正口感。经过离心净乳、标准化、均质、杀菌和冷却,以液体状态灌状,直接供给消费者饮用。
